Last summer, I had the joy of photographing Victor and Karmen’s engagement session under the beautiful Vancouver setting sun!
Our session began in downtown Vancouver at Robson Square where Victor proposed to Karmen. We started off across the street from the Vancouver Art Gallery in front of Nordstrom at Pacific Centre. The sun was nice and low, shining brightly on the sand coloured walls of the upscale department store, which gave off the perfect glow on Karmen and Victor’s skin. I felt like I was in California! After that, we hopped on over across the street for a few shots in front of the VAG, then down to the ice rink where Victor proposed the year before!
We ended the downtown portion of our shoot exploring the green area on top of the Vancouver law courts, then jumped in the car and headed to English Bay for some sunset photos. After a quick outfit change, we went down to the beach to catch the last of the sun.
Karmen and Victor, I can’t believe a year has passed already and your wedding is just a few days away! Thanks again for such a wonderful session and I can’t wait to see you two tie the knot!
