Engagement sessions are always a blast. They’re a great way for my couples and I to really get to know each other on a personal level while getting some amazing photos at the same time. Our morning started off with Jessica and Eric arriving at my home in The Village. We quickly got acquainted then were off to our first location at Stanley Park. It was a beautiful warm and sunny summer morning and the sun had just risen. To take advantage of this gorgeous light, we started off at the Brockton Point Lighthouse – a familiar sight to me because I often pass it on my bike rides. Next, we headed into my special spot in the forest for some more intimate shots.
After our little forest adventure, we did a quick wardrobe change and hopped in my car to head to our next location: Lighthouse Park in West Vancouver. We’d already got our solid shots in the forest so it was a quick hike through the park and to the water. Rain or shine, Lighthouse Park never fails to impress me with its gorgeous views and landscape.
